Section 247 Sports officially became “Broad St. Baseball by Section 247 Sports” in October 2022. The move shifts the focus from all four Philadelphia sports teams to just the Philadelphia Phillies. Broad St. Baseball by Section 247 Sports will now cover the Phillies -as it has since 2005- on a daily basis with more emphasis on every day baseball news.
Created by Sports Talk Philly’s Michael Lipinski in the mid-2000’s, along with A2D Radio’s Greg Milakovic, Broad St. Baseball by Section 247 Sports has take many forms over the past 15-plus years including a blog, podcast, and YouTube channel.
